Description of tasks Bring several squads together around shared objectives and ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery. Facilitate the domain's rituals, facilitate inter-team synchronisations and encourage the sharing of useful practices. Required experience Proven experience in an interface role between business and IT, for example as a senior Product Owner, Business Relationship Manager, experienced Agile Delivery Manager or programme manager. Experience coordinating large teams organised into several squads or autonomous teams. Experience in budget management, resource allocation and capacity monitoring. Proven experience managing complex projects in the public sector or within an administration. Ability to operate in an institutional and politically sensitive environment, reconciling sometimes conflicting priorities. At least 10 years of experience in a similar function, with a central role in project leadership. Project experience with complex stakeholder management in a digitalisation context.
