In this role as Domain Delivery Lead, you bring together several agile teams around a common vision, steer the delivery of strategic business applications and help strengthen their autonomy, expertise and ability to deliver value. This position is aimed at a person who enjoys structuring, advancing and aligning several teams in a complex environment. Description of tasks Within the programme, you act as project manager and Domain Lead. You guide the teams through vision, influence and trust in order to support delivery and value creation for the business. Bring together several agile teams around common objectives and ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery. Create a clear framework that fosters squad autonomy and support their growth in maturity in a servant leadership approach. Build the overall planning with the teams, coordinate dependencies and arbitrate priorities transparently. Facilitate the cross-cutting domain rituals, in particular inter-team synchronisations, reviews and retrospectives. Identify blockages and facilitate collaboration between IT teams, business contacts and other stakeholders. Coach colleagues, encourage feedback and maintain a culture of trust, transparency and continuous improvement. Manage change requests in consultation with the stakeholders concerned. Report progress, risks and difficulties to the relevant bodies. Escalate in time matters that exceed the defined tolerance thresholds. Monitor suppliers and collaborate with them as delivery partners. Expected experience and expertise At least 10 years of experience in a similar function, with proven experience in coordinating and steering several teams. Significant experience in digitalisation projects with complex stakeholder management. Experience in business process optimisation and re-engineering. Good understanding of change management in organisational and digital transformation contexts. Knowledge of application lifecycle management, maintenance and evolution of applications. Technical knowledge Solution architecture and integration: management of dependencies and the critical path, integration patterns such as API, messaging and batch, interface contracts, versioning, reference data and workflow engines such as Camunda. Release and environments: DTAP strategy, cross-team release coordination, planning of cutovers and rollbacks, end-to-end test strategy. Cloud et plateforme : Azure Landing Zone, Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code et bases de FinOps. DevOps tooling: advanced command of Azure DevOps, including work item hierarchies, Delivery Plans, dependencies and reporting, as well as a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies. Security, compliance and resilience: NIS2, GDPR in the public sector, non-functional requirements such as RPO/RTO, retention, logging and formalised risk acceptance. Data and migration: understanding of flows towards a data platform, including CDC and ETL, as well as data migration as a separate workstream. Asset: knowledge of large European IT systems, biometric integration, observability, enterprise architecture frameworks, as well as notions of KQL or OData.
