Staff Security Engineer

Description: Lead and own all Security Engineering activities at Jellyfish, defining vision and strategy for the security engineering program. Partner with engineering leadership to embed security practices and build security features while maintaining hands-on involvement. Requirements: Proven track record in application security programs within SaaS or fast-paced startup environments. Deep technical expertise in software engineering (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, C/C++) and understanding of AI security challenges. Ability to drive cross-functional consensus and influence engineering leadership on security initiatives. Strong business acumen balancing user needs, product velocity, and enterprise security.
