Solutions Engineer

Description: INNERGY is a cloud-based ERP software company transforming the woodworking industry for custom manufacturers. The Solutions Engineer will act as a technical bridge between CAD/CAM products and custom manufacturers, partnering with Sales to demonstrate the value of CAD/CAM-driven manufacturing. Requirements: Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry preferred. 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with shop owners and engineers. Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and a consultative, problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.
