QA Automation Engineer

Description: Ensure quality throughout the development cycle, focusing on risk prevention, testability, automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. Actively participate in refinements, identifying risks, ambiguities, dependencies, and quality gaps. Analyze product and engineering documentation to identify key functional and business flows. Transform product and business requirements into clear, prioritized, and traceable test strategies and scenarios. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps/SRE, and other areas to ensure quality during the delivery cycle. Develop, maintain, and evolve automated UI and API tests, prioritizing critical flows. Conduct code reviews for automation, ensuring readability and maintainability. Integrate and monitor automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. Support production incidents with troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Utilize AI tools for requirement analysis, risk identification, and documentation. Requirements: Solid experience as a QA Engineer or similar roles in agile software development environments. Proficient in requirement analysis and Test Design, transforming documentation into test scenarios. Strong knowledge of BDD and Gherkin, including Features and Scenario structures. Experience with UI and API test automation, REST API development, and validation. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and executing automated tests in pipelines. Ability to investigate automation failures and identify flaky tests. Knowledge of testing strategies like Smoke, Sanity, and Regression. Understanding of software development cycles and agile methodologies. Strong communication skills for collaboration with QA, Engineering, and Product teams. Benefits: 100% Remote work model.
