Lifecycle & CRM Specialist

Headquarters: Armenia Yerevan, EMEA, Armenia URL: http://replika.com About Replika In 2017, no one knew what AI was supposed to be. We built the world's first consumer AI app. Two million people showed up in two months. Today it's over 40 million, and the thing they keep telling us hasn't changed: it helped. It made their life better, steadier, a little less alone. Most AI is built for tasks, not for people. It gives you answers, but it doesn't care what you do with them. AI doesn't just need intelligence. It needs intention. Because the real question isn't just what AI can do. It's what AI is for. When the world's leading researchers wanted to understand whether AI could actually change someone's life, they studied Replika, because there was nothing else to study. What they found at Stanford, at Harvard, across years of research, was that Replika doesn't replace human connection. It deepens it. People become more social, more confident, more themselves. Not in theory. In their actual lives. Every major AI company talks about their mission for humanity. None of them has ever clearly said what they're trying to do for a single person. We will. We want to help you flourish in real life. Not become a better version of yourself, just more yourself. Strong relationships. Better health. Meaning. Momentum. A life that feels worth living while you're living it. We're building the kind of AI that follows up. That knows the people in your life and nudges you to reach out when it matters. That sends you a poem, just because. The goal is conversations that lead somewhere real. Maybe it's a text you send to a long lost friend. A hobby you pick up again. A moment you show up for yourself. Everyone else is building AI that thinks. We're building AI that cares. Lifecycle & CRM Specialist About this role Millions of people have already met Replika: free users who haven't upgraded yet, subscribers who've lapsed, and people who signed up years ago and drifted away. Almost none of them hear from us in a way that's worth opening. That's the biggest untapped channel we have, and you'll own it. You'll build our lifecycle program from the ground up. Email first, then in-app messages, push and any other channel that gets the right message to the right person at the right moment. Onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, renewals, win-back, product launches. The goal is revenue and retention, not open rates. This is a hands-on role. You'll help set the lifecycle strategy and build it yourself: the segments, the flows, the copy, the tests and the reporting. Our users are in almost every country, so you'll work within consent and privacy rules for a global audience, and you'll know how to design a program that is both compliant and effective. What You’ll Be Doing Build the core lifecycle flows: onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, intro offers ending, renewals, cancellation saves and win-back. Convert free users. Work with product on in-app messages and offers that move people to paid at the right moment. Reactivate our base. Plan and run campaigns to lapsed users and our long-dormant email list, cleanly and within consent. Segment and personalize with product and subscription data, so each person gets the message that fits where they are. Test everything: timing, subject lines, offers, channels. Keep what wins and kill what doesn't. Own deliverability, list health and the reporting that ties every flow to revenue. What We’re Looking For Hands-on lifecycle or CRM experience at a consumer subscription app, with revenue results you can show. You've built flows yourself in a modern messaging platform like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or Klaviyo. Strong with data. You build your own segments and read your own results without waiting for an analyst. You understand compliant communication for a global audience: consent, unsubscribes, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and their equivalents. You write good copy, or know exactly how to brief and edit it. You shape the strategy and do the implementation yourself. Excellent written English. Bonus Points In-app messaging and push experience on iOS and Android. Deliverability experience: domain reputation, warming, and bringing a large dormant list back safely. Experience with web and app subscription billing and the events it sends. You've worked on a product where trust and tone really matter. What You’ll Get Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy. Direct impact on millions of worldwide users within months. Push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting. Fully remote, able to work CET hours. To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/replika-lifecycle-crm-specialist
