Description: Lead the Developer Experience team at Ably, reporting to the CTO and co-owning the DevEx vision and strategy. Transform the customer-facing web platform into a world-class experience for users, focusing on developer journey and user experience. Requirements: Demonstrable experience leading AI-first engineering and embedding AI tools in daily workflows. Extensive experience in technical B2B SaaS or API-first products with a track record of product-minded engineering teams. Strong software engineering background with full-stack fluency, particularly in React and TypeScript. Empathy for developer customers and understanding of API design and documentation.
