Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer - U.S. (30 hours/week)

Description: Seeking an experienced Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer to develop technical education programs in areas like Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and MLOps. Responsible for designing high-quality learning programs for enterprise audiences, focusing on practical, outcome-driven experiences that integrate AI tools and emerging technologies. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in instructional design or related fields, with a strong portfolio of instructor-led training content. Proficient in instructional design methodologies and able to create engaging learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on fluency with AI tools and understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI and machine learning. Benefits: Flexible contractor position with 100% remote work.
