Description: Seeking an experienced Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer to develop technical education programs in areas like Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, and MLOps. Responsible for designing high-quality learning programs for enterprise audiences, focusing on practical, outcome-driven experiences that integrate AI tools and emerging technologies. Requirements: 5+ years in instructional design or related field, with experience in creating instructor-led training content. Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and experience in designing learning experiences related to AI and emerging technologies.
