Solutions Engineer

Description: Join AlphaSense as a Solutions Engineer, owning the technical relationship for clients adopting the Enterprise Suite. Collaborate with client technology and business teams from discovery through implementation and ongoing support. Requirements: 5+ years in a client-facing technical role with large enterprise clients. Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM), and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in high-growth environments. Preferred experience in Banking, Asset Management, or complex enterprise environments.
