Your primary daily focus is simple: unblock marketers so they can focus on building pipeline. Quarterly Plan Alignment: Support quarterly planning rhythms to align team capacity, operational tools, and sales needs directly to marketing execution. Business Metrics Advisory: Advise marketers on key business metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance standards, guiding the interpretation of metrics to inform strategic commercial choices and pipeline pivots. Operational Troubleshooting & Redesign: Analyze recurring team roadblocks and process inefficiencies across campaigns to identify systematic breakdowns and workflow drag across regions. Systems Optimization: Bring operational findings back to the Marketing Operations engine room to drive backend improvements.
