Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Description: Join Hex's infrastructure team to enhance cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for a multi-tenant platform. Own and execute projects that improve engineering efficiency and infrastructure capabilities. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in building and operating production infrastructure, including on-call duties. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes operations and AWS fundamentals (EKS, RDS, VPC networking, IAM). Proficient in Infrastructure as Code, preferably with Terraform. Ability to write and read application code for pipeline and service modifications. Excellent documentation skills for design docs and runbooks. Depth in at least one area: Networking, Databases (Postgres), or Deployment systems. Benefits: Competitive salary range: $214,000 - $285,000, with equity options.
