Partner Solutions Engineer

Description: Join Hex's partnerships team to build the next generation of partner functions. Focus on technical aspects of partnerships including demos, integrations, training, and enablement. Requirements: 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, preferably with channel or consulting partners. Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, and ability to build and demo analytics workflows. Experience designing training curricula from scratch. Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with partner teams regularly. Knowledge of modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and analytics engagement scoping. Proven ability to build trust with partner leads and delivery teams. High ownership and willingness to create new infrastructure. Willingness to travel 25-30% for partner sessions and events.
