AI Engineer I

Description: Join G-P's Gia AI Engineering team to build data and AI tooling for HR solutions. Responsibilities include building data pipelines, maintaining analytics models, and developing LLM-based agents. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience with Python and SQL in production. Strong AI fluency and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred). Familiarity with LLM application development and REST API integrations. Git-based engineering practice. Preferred: Experience with CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot) and data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake). Benefits: Competitive salary range of EUR €56,000 - €70,000 plus variable compensation.
