Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Description: Define and build cloud-native infrastructure for ServiceNow's Agentic AI and conversational experiences. Drive architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineering organizations while solving complex platform challenges. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise SaaS products. Deep expertise in Java, Go, Python, or similar programming languages. Proven experience with scalable cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of distributed systems principles and experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and strong software engineering fundamentals. Experience leading technical strategy across organizations without direct authority.
