Senior Security Engineer - Blue Team

Description: Lead response to security incidents, including triage, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. Own and evolve incident response processes, including playbooks and on-call practices. Build and tune detections in Datadog Cloud SIEM across AWS, Kubernetes, and Google Workspace. Investigate suspicious activities and improve cloud security posture. Automate detection and response tasks using Python and Terraform. Report on incidents and mentor engineers across squads. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Blue team/Defensive security/Security operations. Hands-on experience in leading security incident response. Experience with forensics and evidence handling in cloud environments. Proficient in building and tuning SIEM detections and alerts. Experience securing AWS and Kubernetes, including IAM and SSO. Skills in automating security tasks with Python/Bash and managing infrastructure with Terraform. Fluent English for daily communication with native speakers.
