Public Safety Solutions Engineer

Description: Support new business acquisition by positioning NiCE's solutions in the Public Safety sector in North America. Collaborate with various internal teams including Account Executives, Product Management, and Customer Support. Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. 4+ years of experience in sales or sales engineering within Government or Public Safety sectors. Familiarity with government RFP processes and contracts. Strong consultative selling skills with experience in presentations. Excellent communication, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
