Senior Security Engineer - Vulnerability Research

Description: Join the Vulnerability Research team within the R&D Security organization at Tanium. Responsible for hunting previously-unknown vulnerabilities in Tanium software and driving remediation. Utilize frontier models and agentic security workflows to enhance vulnerability discovery and remediation processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5+ years of industry experience (7+ preferred). Strong understanding of web and native application security. Hands-on experience with vulnerability research, source code review, and penetration testing. Proficient in at least one programming language: Go, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python. Benefits: Annual base salary range of $191,000 to $293,000, with equity awards.
