AI Operations Lead

Description: Lead the development and scaling of AI tools and automations across various departments at Karbon. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with all departments to implement AI solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Requirements: Experience shipping production software in the last two years, with proficiency in Python or TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs. Proven track record of building real applications on large language models with user engagement and cost management. Ability to work with non-technical teams and understand their workflows, particularly in customer success and implementation. Strong analytical skills to derive insights from messy data and present findings to executives. Experience managing cross-functional programs and creating accountability without direct authority.
