Software Engineer

Description: Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school for serious student-athletes, combining elite academics with high-level athletic training. Hiring remote Software Engineers to develop educational and sports training apps, as well as AI systems for school operations. Requirements: Experience in building and maintaining learning and sports training applications. Ability to work across the entire tech stack and adapt to various projects (mobile apps, websites, VR experiences). Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and strong opinions on their use. Strong engineering fundamentals, including debugging, API design, and maintaining production systems. Excellent spoken and written English for daily communication with the U.S. team. Willingness to work 60+ hours a week, including weekends, for rapid career growth.
