Software Engineer

Description: Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school for serious student-athletes focusing on elite academics and athletic development. Hiring remote Software Engineers to develop educational and sports training apps, as well as AI systems for school operations. Requirements: Experience in building and shipping learning and sports training apps. Ability to work across the entire stack and handle various projects (mobile apps, data pipelines, AI agents). Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals. Clear spoken and written English for daily communication with the U.S. team. Willingness to work hard (60+ hours/week) and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience with AI workflows in production.
