Staff Software Engineer - Auth & Workflow Services

Description: Lead the architecture and technical direction of policy, authorization, and workflow services on the Delinea Platform. Design and evolve access policies, ensuring correct granting and revocation across event-driven, multi-tenant services. Requirements: 8+ years of experience building production backend systems. Strong skills in C# and .NET. Experience with distributed, event-driven microservices and messaging (e.g., RabbitMQ, Service Bus). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Ability to lead technical decisions and solve complex problems with limited direction.
