Senior Software Development Engineer - Workforce Integrations

Description: Senior Software Engineer and Technical Owner of platform integration, troubleshooting issues and making informed technical decisions. Design, maintain, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents. Implement high standards of software quality and security, reviewing code and processes for improvements. Collaborate with product management, architecture, and customer support to incorporate user feedback into product development. Use Scrum processes to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and propose technical solutions. Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-production issues, ensuring system reliability and availability. Improve development and automation processes, monitoring, and incident response. Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers, fostering continuous learning. Contribute to and improve shared code, tooling, and techniques across Platform teams. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with 3+ years in Software Design and Architecture focused on .NET development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Experience as a polyglot developer with proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Go, Erlang, JS, Typescript). Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, with Azure Cloud tech stack experience as a bonus. Experience with Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing.
