Senior AI & ML Scientist

Description: DailyPay is seeking a Senior AI & ML Scientist to join the Data Science team. The role involves building and maintaining models for personalizing user experiences, optimizing financial decisions, and supporting fraud controls. Requirements: 5+ years of Machine Learning experience in fintech or regulated consumer domains. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline. Proven track record of building production models that impact end-user experience. Advanced SQL and Python skills with experience in feature engineering pipelines. Hands-on experience with end-to-end model deployment and production reliability. Strong proficiency in modern AI, classical ML, statistical, and probabilistic methods.
