Mid Weight Video Editor & Producer (AI & Performance Ads) Remote in USA

Description: PetLab Co. is seeking a Mid Weight Video Editor & Producer specializing in AI-powered performance ads. The role involves creating high-volume ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on conversion rather than cinematic quality. Requirements: 4+ years of video editing experience, with 2+ years in paid social ads for DTC or eCommerce brands. Proven track record of creating AI-powered ads, with a portfolio showcasing measurable results. Strong skills in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Familiarity with performance metrics and the ability to write direct-response scripts. Experience in fast-paced creative teams and a passion for performance advertising. Benefits: Core compensation of $58,000–$70,000 (Base and Bonus). 20 days PTO, medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, and a monthly internet stipend.
