Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Fraud Decisioning)

Description: Lead projects and initiatives on the Fraud Decisioning team to enhance fraud fighting capabilities. Build tools and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven decisions to improve fraud deciders' performance. Requirements: 6-10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership and mentoring responsibilities. Experience in architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product, ML, Analytics, and Business. Ability to synthesize complex requirements into high-quality system designs.
