Sr Software Engineer (Kubernetes Operators & Controllers, Go)

Description: Design, build, and operate features and services within a cloud-native platform. Break down features into executable tasks and deliver iteratively, managing risks and trade-offs. Collaborate with engineers to align work with team designs and platform standards. Contribute to reliability, scalability, and operability by writing tests and improving runbooks. Focus on building automation, tooling, and platform services for other teams. Support junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Requirements: Experience integrating AI into engineering work or using AI-powered tools. 3+ years of experience building production software, with Kubernetes deployment experience. Hands-on experience with at least one major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven track record of delivering features as part of an engineering team. Knowledge of containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows. Proficient in Go or another systems language with willingness to work in Go.
