Ruby on Rails Developer

Description: Build, maintain, and optimize scalable production web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship reliable features and improve application performance. Requirements: 3+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience. Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience building and integrating REST APIs. Familiarity with Sidekiq or Resque, Redis, caching, and background processing. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
