Project Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of international technology and data collection projects. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want to gain practical experience in project coordination and develop their skills in an international team. No previous project management experience is required — we are looking for someone organized, curious, and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks Help track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with project team members, testers, and evaluators Monitor task progress and follow up when needed Maintain project information, reports, and documentation Communicate updates and important information to team members and management Help identify issues and escalate them when necessary Support the team in ensuring tasks are completed on time Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Comfortable working with and processing large data sets Proficiency with AI tools and openness to using them in daily work Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop professionally Languages English (at least B2) – required Ukrainian (native) – required Additional languages – a plus We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
