Air Freight Coordinator

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to support day-to-day air freight import operations for a UK-based freight forwarding business. The role is customer-facing and supplier-facing, with responsibility for managing shipments from pre-alert through customs clearance and final delivery. The successful candidate will communicate directly with customers, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and hauliers while proactively managing shipment updates, exceptions, and delays.
