Solutions Engineer

Description: Stello is an AI transformation firm that builds AI agents for operational workflows in mid-market and enterprise companies. The Solutions Engineer role involves bridging engineering and sales, understanding client workflows, and demonstrating AI capabilities. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in shipping production software as a solutions, sales, forward deployed, or software engineer. Proficiency with AI coding tools and a strong understanding of the current AI landscape. Ability to simplify complex problems and teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong project management skills to handle multiple prospects and projects simultaneously. Bonus: Contributions to open source, side projects, or public speaking on applied AI.
