Senior Software Engineer, Platform

Description: Stello is an AI transformation firm that builds AI agents for operational workflows in mid-market and enterprise companies. The Senior Software Engineer on the Platform team will own the system for orchestration, evaluations, observability, and safety of agents in production. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in building and supporting production software. Strong judgment in architecture, testing, reliability, and maintainability. Experience with distributed systems, queues, or workflow engines. Familiarity with LLMs and ability to measure and improve their output. Daily use of coding agents and ability to review and validate their work. Responsibility for delivery and proactive communication about changes needed.
