Direct cross-functional teams in comprehensive analysis of customer product strategy, market positioning, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations
Oversee product development and launch execution to ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and market expectations
Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes and governance frameworks
Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions, ensuring effective change management protocols and risk mitigation
Evaluate and optimize critical project trade-offs including cost, performance, design for manufacturability (DFM), and timeline constraints to deliver optimal business outcomes
Establish and maintain a high-performing team environment characterized by mutual respect, professional accountability, constructive feedback mechanisms, and strategic resource allocation to consistently meet organizational commitments ## Qualifications **What You Need**
