Tax Manager Specializing in Complex Returns

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Manager to help lead our tax preparation department. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax preparation, compliance, and reporting for our diverse clientele. A key focus of this role will be to manage both our internal and offshore tax preparation teams, review complex tax returns, and develop and implement best practices and efficient workflows to enhance department productivity and accuracy. The position will have one or more direct report Tax Preparers and coordinate with the offshore tax preparation team, under the direction and supervision of the President. Minimum Qualifications
