SQL Database Administrator (DBA)

Description: Seeking a Mid-Level SQL Database Administrator (DBA II) for enterprise Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Cluster environments. 100% remote position with Eastern Time working hours. Responsibilities include database administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and application support. Requirements: 4+ years of database administration experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Proficiency in SQL Server Clustering, SQL scripting, backup and restore, database patching, performance tuning, monitoring, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, database security, scripting, and incident troubleshooting. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
