Staff Engineer/Senior Developer CONTRACT (Elixir, Ruby, Flutter)

Description: Provide technical leadership for multiple projects, ensuring delivery on commitments and client expectations. Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project documentation and oversee technical delivery. Mentor team members and assist in pre-sales processes through solutioning and estimates. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, and Phoenix; 2+ years with Flutter/React Native. 5+ years of experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code. Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools in production environments. 3+ years in a consultancy environment, with experience in technical discovery and solution design. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage expectations among team members. Benefits: Contract position with an hourly rate of $90-$110 based on experience. Flexible weekly hours (25-40 hours) with remote work within the U.S. and its Territories.
