Senior QA Engineer (L4)

Description: Drive overall QA strategy for Kubernetes and cloud-native environments, aligning quality goals with business objectives. Architect test frameworks for validating microservices in multi-cluster and hybrid-cloud environments. Lead development of scalable test automation integrated with CI/CD tools. Mentor QA engineers in advanced testing techniques and serve as QA authority in design reviews. Establish quality gates and advocate for a culture of quality across teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in software testing or quality engineering, with 4+ years in Kubernetes and cloud-native applications. Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, Helm, and service meshes. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with observability stacks.
