Data Engineer

Description: AECOM is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, deliver, and optimize data platforms and solutions across various projects. Responsible for the data solution lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality metrics and designing data-driven architecture that delivers insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred); strong SQL skills and understanding of databases. Experience with data modeling methodologies and designing ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory. Professional experience in delivering cloud-based data engineering solutions with strong communication and collaboration skills.
