Cable System Design Engineer (Transmission & Distribution)

Description: Join AECOM's dynamic Transmission & Distribution team as a Cable System Design Engineer. Work on innovative projects throughout the lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning, including National Grid’s Great Grid Upgrade. Requirements: Electrical Engineering Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline. Experience in Cable System Design Engineering for HV/EHV projects; FEED experience is essential. Basic understanding of cable routing, pulling, burial risk assessments, and electromagnetic analysis.
