Description: The People Data & AI Readiness Engineer builds and operates the data and AI foundation for people analytics and workforce insights. This role translates business requirements into scalable data architecture and ensures data quality, governance, and infrastructure readiness for AI solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture, with strong HR/People Data experience. Proficient in SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, Azure Cloud, and Databricks. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 or C1/C2). Benefits: 100% remote work with a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST). Contract duration of 9 months, renewable based on performance, with a rate of $30 USD/hour.
