Data Engineer

Description: SOVRA is a public procurement platform serving over 7,000 government agencies and 1 million suppliers in North America. The Data Engineer will work within a lakehouse platform using AWS services, focusing on building and maintaining data pipelines and models. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. 3-10+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in dbt. Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena) and data lakehouse patterns. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform. Fluent in English and French, both verbally and written. Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
