Tech Lead - Software Engineering

Description: Lead the technical direction of DataVisor’s real-time detection platform, focusing on streaming, storage, and training pipelines. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate roadmaps into actionable technical plans and milestones. Mentor engineers and enhance system design, code quality, and operational excellence. Requirements: 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Proficient in Java, with working knowledge of Python and Shell scripting. Experience in designing and operating distributed real-time systems at scale. Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and multithreaded applications. Familiarity with tools like Cassandra, Flink, Spark, Kafka, and the Spring Framework. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; EU Citizen or Ireland PR required. Benefits: Competitive base salary range of €90,000–120,000, based on experience.
