Description: Build core ML components and work on real production systems from day one. Develop strong systems judgment by shipping, debugging, and iterating on real-world ML. 100% Remote position. Requirements: Strong foundations in machine learning and modern neural architectures. Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required. Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models. Proficient in writing production-quality code and quick to learn new tools. Curious, coachable, and eager to learn from real systems in production. Ability to work through ambiguity and grow ownership over time. Bias toward shipping, iteration, and continuous improvement.
