Staff Software Engineer

Description: Lead a product squad and own shared foundations (auth, permissions, notifications, billing) for Planoly's platform. Join a small, senior engineering team focused on building tools for independent creators. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in building production software, or 6+ years with a strong track record. Proficient in TypeScript and React, with the ability to work across the stack. Experience with React Native or willingness to learn. Leadership experience in a technical capacity without formal management. Familiarity with AI coding agents and pragmatic software development. Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to handle all aspects of development. US-based and authorized to work without new sponsorship.
