Software Engineer

Description: PASCALL is a multidisciplinary medical device company developing an FDA-cleared EEG-based brain state monitoring platform. Seeking a Software Engineer to enhance the software and build features connecting it to clinical environments. Role involves collaboration with the CEO, product team, and hardware team, focusing on backend development and customer-facing integrations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of experience in building commercial software, preferably in a startup environment. Proficient in Python and Java; familiarity with C++, C#, or other languages is a plus. Experience with API design, network security, and system integration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with hospital IT and clinical teams.
