Staff Software Engineer

Description: Join Wrike's Backend Reliability (BRE) team to build and maintain critical reliability components for the AI-powered work management platform. Architect core reliability solutions to ensure 99.99% availability and support millions of users. Requirements: Strong expertise in Java/JVM and building scalable backend systems; familiarity with other languages is a plus. Solid understanding of distributed systems, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and non-relational storages (Redis). Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka). Ability to work independently and strong English communication skills.
