Description: Seeking a highly experienced software engineer (SR+) to evaluate interactions with AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. Role focuses on assessing AI behavior in real-world scenarios, emphasizing engineering judgment and interaction quality. Requirements: Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience. Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python. Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor. Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows. Ability to evaluate code without executing or deeply reviewing every line. Comfortable providing direct, opinionated feedback. High standards for what constitutes good engineering.
