About the Role Join a fast moving, remote first team as a product designer shaping complex fintech and B2B workflows. You will influence system foundations and onboarding journeys, balancing craft with measurable impact in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain a modular design system that powers live implementations and prototypes.
Design multi-step onboarding flows that adapt to modular customer needs.
Apply a conversion focused mindset by measuring, testing, and refining user experiences.
Prototype rapidly and iterate based on customer feedback and data.
Collaborate closely with front end and back end teams to translate designs into production.
Help shape design standards and foster a scalable design culture. What We're Looking For
4-6+ years of designing complex products or workflows, especially in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or fintech domains.
Strong systems thinking with experience building and maintaining design systems for live and prototyped work.
Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring and iterating on user journeys and conversions.
Clear communicator who documents decisions and trade offs for team alignment.
Comfort working with ambiguity and complex system logic while moving quickly.
Experience designing for compliance, fintech, or identity workflows and proficiency with design tools for system management.
Collaborative, cross functional mindset with ability to translate designs into production with engineering teams. Compensation & Benefits Salary not disclosed. Visa sponsorship not available. This role is full time and remote with primary location in France. Location Remote with a primary location in France. Fully remote within EU time zones.
