Senior System Support Specialist II (Medical Imaging - PACS / RIS)

Description: Senior System Support Specialist II role focused on supporting Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA). Responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining the stability of radiology IT environments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems, particularly in radiology. Proficiency in PACS, RIS, VNA, DICOM, HL7, IHE, Windows Server, SQL Server, and VMware. Strong communication skills and experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
