DevOps Engineer

Description: SOSi is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the development, integration, and sustainability of a scalable data ecosystem for a DoD customer. The role focuses on enhancing interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics to enable real-time information sharing and dynamic data integration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience in DevOps engineering. Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline). Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), security best practices, and monitoring/logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
